AI Officers support the CAIO mandate.

The Chief AI Officer owns mandate, strategy, final accountability and the senior governance position. AI Officers carry out the specialist work that lets the mandate reach the organisation.

They keep records, prepare evidence, coordinate functions, escalate open questions and brief the CAIO from documented material. That is the operating layer companies need when AI responsibility moves beyond one mandate holder.

Two programme versions

The technical track is designed for software engineers and technical specialists. The management track is designed for managers and organisational leaders. Both follow the same Swissi framework, with a stronger focus on the topics most relevant to each role.
